My Purpose 

I’m here to help you stop settling and start leading. 

My own journey has been an absolute rollercoaster, but I have accomplished so much that I’m proud of. 

Earning my bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, getting married, becoming a mom to my autism hero CJ, buying my first casita at 25, earning my MBA, becoming a mom again through IVF and chasing my ambition to grow my familia… I’m the walking definition of the American dream. 

But I’ve had my share of heartbreak and sorrow too. I suffered a miscarriage at 10 weeks of my angel Othniel that nearly broke me, and it was in my healing and recovery that I discovered the true purpose of my HR skills and decade of experience:

Helping mujeres and first-gen professionals find and chase their own passion and purpose! 

I love guiding my clients through their own transformations, helping them build their confidence and skills to land dream jobs, negotiate serious raises, and build a career that fits their lives and not the other way around. 

Outside of career coaching, I’ve co-founded a nonprofit, am an active member of Kappa Delta Chi Sorority, Inc., and a community advocate through my church parish. I believe in showing up for our communities and doing the work to help others and make this world a better place.
